From an empty account to the first site.

The most common situations with signing in, permissions, attendance and the licence. Questions before buying are on a separate page.
Questions before choosing a systemSigning in
On the sign-in screen choose “Forgot your password?” and enter the account email address. A secure link to set a new password will arrive.
A new password has at least 10 characters. The system rejects common passwords and ones containing the login or the company name.
After five wrong passwords within 15 minutes the system stops sign-in to that account from that address. The lock lifts by itself after 15 minutes.
Don’t want to wait? On the lock screen ask for a link that restores access right away. An administrator can also unlock the account in Users.
Two-step sign-in has no backup codes. Ask the company administrator to remove it from your account in Users, then switch it on again on the new phone after signing in.
The session ends after a period of inactivity: 30 minutes by default. The owner can set 45 to 240 minutes in Session and security.
Permissions, attendance and phone
Each module has the level Edit, Read only or Disabled for every account. A new account has all modules disabled, so they need to be switched on in Users.
The day plan comes from assignments: a crew assigned to the site or a person added individually. A person with an absence entered leaves the plan for those days.
A phone with Mobile access opens the mobile version by itself. “Show the full application” returns to the full view, and the choice is remembered on the account.
Data and licence
The import accepts a CSV file of up to 5 MB, 5000 rows and 60 columns, with headers in the first row. A customer with the same tax number, email or phone is not duplicated.
The licence status and the next billing are in Settings, on the Licence tab. Only the account owner can pay, with the “Pay now” button.
The activity log records changes in the application: who, when, which action, on which record and from which IP address. Deleted records have a separate tab.
