My profile

Your details in the application: first name, last name, position, phone and the language you see the panel in. Here you also set your profile photo and whether the Mivi assistant works for your account. Everyone changes only themselves here.

01What it is

My profile holds your details as seen in the application: first and last name, position, phone and panel language. First and last name are required.

You see your email address here read-only. It is your login and password reset address, so it is changed in My account, after confirming with your password.

The profile photo is shown in the top-right corner of the application. Without a photo, your initials are shown.

PERSONAL DETAILS: First name, last name, position, phone and panel language.
PHOTO: JPEG, PNG or WEBP, shown in the top-right corner.
MIVI: You turn on the assistant and its welcome window for yourself.

02What it is for

The team knows who is who

Your name is shown as the author of your entries, for example on the board.

The panel in your language

You choose the panel language yourself, independently of the rest of the team.

A face instead of initials

A profile photo helps recognise the account at a glance.

A safe photo

On saving, the photo loses its EXIF data and GPS location.

03Main options

The profile has the Personal details and Profile photo tabs, and a Mivi tab when the company has Mivi turned on.

04Tasks step by step

STEP 1Open the account menu under your avatar and choose My profile.
STEP 2On the Personal details tab, enter your first name, last name, position and phone.
STEP 3Click Save details.
