Company details

The details customers see on documents: name, tax ID, address, contact and the note printed on printouts. This is also where you set how many hours the company has to respond to urgent and critical issues from objects.

01What it is

Company details are the name, tax ID, address, phone and email, plus the note printed on documents. The tax ID is checked according to the company country.

The response time to an urgent and a critical issue is entered in whole hours, from 1 to 168. The application uses these values to set the response deadline of every new issue with that severity.

The company email is the licence billing address, so only the account owner changes it. Everyone else sees it read only.
