Owner centre

A management dashboard for the owner: revenue and margin from projects and receivables, compared with the previous period. Next to it, a list of items that need your decision, a 12-month money trend and the result of every site.

01What it is

The Owner centre gathers the company's key figures in one place. The tiles show revenue and margin from projects and the number of active projects compared with the previous period of the same length, plus receivables as of today. You choose the period: 30, 90 or 365 days, or your own dates.

The amounts are the sum of individual project results, often still planned. It is a forecast, not the company's financial result: rent, energy, payroll and taxes are not included. Hard figures come from your accounting software.

The centre is available to people with the finance permission and sits in the Settings menu below a divider, because it is a management dashboard, not a setting.
