01What it is
Exchange rates is a table of foreign currency rates against the company currency. A rate tells you how much of the company currency one unit of the foreign currency costs.
When the company currency is the Polish zloty, rates come from table A of the National Bank of Poland. With any other company currency the application uses the European Central Bank reference rates. You can also choose the source yourself in the company settings.
The screen is for viewing. Rates are fetched automatically, and if fetching fails the table keeps the last known values.
- OFFICIAL SOURCE
- NBP table A or ECB reference rates, with no retyping.
- 15 FOREIGN CURRENCIES
- Including EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CZK, SEK, NOK and DKK.
- RATE HISTORY
- A chart of the last 90 days for the selected currencies.

An order line in a foreign currency stores the rate and the amount in the company currency.
See what gets dearer
The rate chart shows whether material bought abroad is getting more expensive because of the currency.
Rates always fresh
The application fetches rates itself when you open the screen, no more often than every 20 hours.
Works offline
If fetching fails, the last known rates stay and the screen tells you so.
03Main options
The screen has four parts: tiles with the currency settings, the rate table, an amount converter and a rate chart over time.
