01What it is
Suppliers is the register of the companies you buy from: trade name and legal name, registration details, address, contact, the e-mail for orders, payment terms, delivery time in days and account number.
Delivery arrangements go into two fields: delivery remarks and an internal note. You can add as many contact people as you need: a sales rep, an account manager, accounts.
The supplier record totals spend overall, over 12 months and over the last 30 days, and shows every order placed with them and the purchase prices linked to them in material records. People with finance access also see how much you owe them and what is overdue.
