01What it is
An order is delayed when it was received after the expected delivery date, or when that date has passed and the delivery is still missing. A supplier's punctuality is the share of orders without delay in the chosen range.
A supplier you ordered nothing from in the range gets no rating. Instead of a percentage it shows no orders in range, so it does not inflate the average.
The Prices tab compares the latest purchase prices of the same product at different suppliers. It is visible to people with the finance permission.
