The price depends on your team
The fee depends on the number of active people in the company and is charged monthly. A fixed fee applies for up to five people; above that, it increases by a set rate for each additional person.
Monthly or annually
You pay for the subscription in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle chosen by the account administrator.
Card and invoices
You pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the Stripe payment provider. We issue an invoice for every payment, as a rule within 48 hours.
When the payment fails
The provider retries the card for about four weeks, and the account administrator is notified of each failed attempt and can put it right.
Cancellation and price changes
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes by email.
