Mivare Sites helps you run builds, coordinate teams and control costs. The fee depends on the number of active people, and every feature is available on every plan.

WHAT YOU PAY

Five plans, one counting rule.

What counts is a person whose work you manage in Mivare Sites: through tasks, attendance, working time or carrying out work; in the system this is an active entry in the staff register. Customers, clients and view-only accounts with no entry in the register are not counted.

The extended Mivi assistant: a higher limit, longer conversations with memory, work on documents and questions across all modules.

Switched on for the 30-day trial. After that it switches off by itself. You switch it on in the Licence tab whenever you like.

You pay for the real size of your team. The price rises gradually with the number of actively managed people, with no sudden jump in the subscription when you pass a plan threshold. Person 16 raises the subscription from PLN 499 to PLN 511, not to PLN 799. Net amounts, paid in advance.

HOW YOU PAY

Clear payment rules and cancellation.

Before activating the licence you can check the payment method, the billing date and the amount of the first charge. An example calculation is shown below.

NOCATCHESNOLOCK-IN

How you pay: By card, including Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the Stripe payment provider. With your first payment you agree to later charges, so you don't have to keep track of them. You change the card yourself, in the Licence tab in the system.
For what period: By the month or by the year, always in advance. A year costs 15% less, both the licence and Mivi+. You choose the period when you create the account.
When the first payment is taken: Subscription started during the trial: the first payment, for a full period, is taken on the day the trial ends, and the next ones on the same day each month. Started after the trial: the first payment covers the days to the end of the current month, and the next ones are taken on the first day of the month.
Contract: The licence is billed monthly or annually. The terms of use are set out in the terms of service, available before the account is activated.
Cancellation: In the Licence tab in the system, or by writing to us. We take no further payment, and until the end of the period you can withdraw your cancellation. The paid period runs to its end, and you can export your data from any list or as a single ZIP archive.
A new person or Mivi+ during the period: The additional charge covers only the time to the end of the current period, and the change takes effect as soon as the payment is posted. Mivi+ switched off stays active until the end of the paid period.
When the payment fails: The payment provider retries it automatically for about four weeks, and you receive a message and can change your card. For 3 days from the start of the new period everything works as normal, then the system waits for payment. Your data stays where it is.

Licence for one active person. You start the subscription on 26 October.

NO CALCULATING IN THE ABSTRACT

The simplest way to check the price is to try the system.

The calculator tells you what you will pay, but not whether this system suits your company. One project run through it answers that.

For 30 days you use the full system with no commitment. The trial does not require card details.

Does the price go up after the trial? No. You pay what the calculator shows.
Extra charges for modules? There isn't. You switch Mivi+ on only if you want it.
A one-year contract? No. You can cancel whenever you like.
