Only on your instructions
We process data only on the company’s instructions: in line with the agreement, the app configuration and the actions of its users.
Confidentiality and security
Only authorised people who need the data to provide the service have access to it, and technical and organisational measures are appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
Data in Europe
We process entrusted data only within the European Economic Area. The document includes a list of sub-processors and the rules for changing them.
Breaches
We notify the controller of a personal data breach without undue delay, and no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of it.
End of the agreement
Before the agreement ends you can download a copy of your data (export in the app). After the agreement ends we keep the data for 30 days so that you can export it, and then delete it.
