Why and on what basis
Data is used for registration, account management, providing the service and billing. For each purpose, the policy states the legal basis and the retention period.
Who we share data with
The application runs on Contabo servers in EU data centres, email and websites are handled by OVH, and payments by the Stripe payment provider. The app does not load resources from other companies’ servers.
Cookies and location
The app uses only essential cookies. We read your device’s location only when you clock in and clock out in attendance records, and only after you give consent in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
Security
We encrypt connections, store passwords only as hashes, offer two-factor authentication and keep the data of different companies separate.
