01What it is
Usage is taken from stock movements of the issued to project type, less returns. A material bought and sitting on the shelf is not counted here, because that is stock, not cost.
Where materials go comes from the project's kinds of work. When a project has two kinds of work, the value is split equally between them, so the shares add up to what actually left the stock.
Without the finance permission the report counts quantities only: it shows no values and no Sources and prices tab.
