01What it is
Stock levels show every material in every location: physical stock, minimum, storage location and the available quantity.
Available is physical stock minus the material reserved for projects in the same location. A material is below minimum when it has a minimum set and the available quantity is equal to it or lower.
Every change of stock stays in the material’s stock movement: opening balance, adjustment, purchase, used on project, returned from project, sale and transfer.

03Main options
The stock screen is a list with tiles, the stock correction and the material record with the Overview, Stock movement, Prices (with access to finance) and Use in projects tabs.

Tiles: stock items, below minimum and stock value (with access to finance) or reserved.
- Columns: product, category, location with storage location, physical stock with minimum, available, project price
- Filters: warehouse, category and group, whole warehouse or below minimum only

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Modules › Materials and equipment › Stock levels and add the product if it is not there yet. The product form does not change stock.
- STEP 2In the row menu choose Correct stock, select the location and enter the quantity.
- STEP 3The first entry in a location is saved as the opening balance.
- STEP 1Choose Correct stock next to the material.
- STEP 2Enter the minimum stock and the storage location for that location, then save.
- STEP 3When the available quantity falls to the minimum, a notification arrives and the material appears under the Below minimum only filter.
- STEP 1Changing an order’s status to In stock records the date of receipt, but does not change warehouse stock.
- STEP 2To put the material into stock, use Correct stock and enter the new quantity in the location.
- STEP 1Set the Below minimum only filter and choose the warehouse.
- STEP 2Export the list to CSV or create a requirement.
