01What it is
An inspection plan is a recurring task for one asset: inspection type, frequency in days and next due date. The asset can be a tool or equipment from the register, or equipment entered by name only.
A completed record saves the date, the performer, the report number, the cost and a PDF document. After the first record the next date is calculated automatically: the date of the last completion plus the frequency.
A plan with records is part of the register and cannot be deleted. When the equipment is no longer used, clear Plan active.
- THE DATE SETS ITSELF
- Last completion plus the frequency.
- A DOCUMENT WITH THE RECORD
- A report or certificate as a PDF.
- DISABLE, DO NOT DELETE
- A plan with a history stays in the register.
