01What it is
A material order has a supplier, a project or the “to stock” target, an order date, an expected delivery and a received date. Each item has a name, a catalogue number, a quantity and a purchase price.
The status takes an order from Needed through Ordered, In transit and In stock to Installed; besides those there are Returned and Cancelled. The In stock status fills in the received date if it is still empty. A status change does not change stock levels.
A price in a foreign currency freezes the exchange rate when the item is saved, so the value in the base currency does not change later. You add the invoice number and the payment due date in Liabilities; an order with a project and an invoice becomes a site cost.
- ONE CLICK
- The status from the row menu, without opening the form.
- RECEIVED DATE

- SITE COST
