01What it is
Liabilities is the list of amounts the company owes suppliers for materials. You do not enter them by hand: every order with a supplier assigned whose status is In stock or Installed becomes a liability.
The amount of a liability is the total of the order items: quantity times purchase price. You add the supplier invoice number, payment due date and payment date in the settlement window.
A pending liability with a due date before today is shown as overdue. An order for a project with an invoice number also goes into the site costs.
- NO RETYPING
- A liability arises from the order once the material arrives.
- SUPPLIER INVOICE
- Invoice number and payment due date on every liability.
- DUE DATES UNDER CONTROL
- Due, overdue and paid in separate tiles.
