01What it is
The materials catalogue lists everything you buy and install. Each product has a name, a group and subgroup, a brand, a variant, an SKU, a unit and a pack size.
Three prices: purchase cost, retail price and project price. The project price is suggested in a quote. On the material record you add supplier prices with a date, so you can see who is cheaper; the product price list itself stays unchanged.
A material used in projects, quotes, orders, reservations or stock movements cannot be deleted. Untick Active instead: it disappears from the choice lists and its history stays.
