01What it is
A quote is an offer for the customer: a name, the scope of work, a validity date, the planned time in working days, notes visible to the customer and a note for your eyes only. You add the details after saving, on the quote card.
You take items from the catalogue (materials, services, man-hours and tool use) or enter your own. Labour has the Base, Specialist and Expert bands, plus external work with a subcontractor, an external cost and a price for the customer.
A quote reserves nothing, neither people nor materials. Only the project created from the quote on the chosen site and object does that.
- COST AND MARGIN
- Estimated cost and planned margin for people with access to finance.
- HIDDEN ITEMS
- Show to the customer decides what goes on the printout.
- PROJECT FROM THE QUOTE
- Items, labour and prices carry over in one window.

Validity date

No double pricing
