Projects

A project is a specific piece of work taken on for an object of a site: construction, installation, fitting or fire protection service. It ties the scope of work, material lines, tasks, deadlines, handovers and settlement into one card.

01What it is

Projects is the register of work taken on. Every project stands on one object of one site and has work modules, for example installations, fire protection or finishes. Preliminary calculations live separately, in Quotes.

A project’s status moves from scheduled, through in progress and ready for handover, to closed. A project can also be put on hold or cancelled.

ONE WORK CARD
Scope, lines, tasks, photos, handovers and settlement.
HANDOVERS
Partial and final handover protocols with the customer’s decision.
OPEN VALUE
The combined value of projects, excluding closed and cancelled ones.
