01What it is
Issues is the register of problems from sites and objects. An issue concerns a site, and more precisely an object, a device or a project; the Where column folds them into one path. It has a type, a priority, a schedule impact, a person responsible and a due date.
The flow is simple: open, in progress, resolved, closed. Resolving requires a description of what was done. Reopening clears the fix date and note, and the old text stays in the history.
An urgent issue (high or critical priority) gets a respond-by time. If nobody is responsible, the site manager takes it over, and without a manager the account owner. Hazards and critical issues go to notifications straight away.
- WHAT IS WRONG
- Defect, hazard, obstruction, missing material, safety incident.
- SCHEDULE IMPACT
- A separate filter for matters that move the site deadline.
- EVIDENCE FOR LATER
- A resolved issue cannot be deleted.
02What it is for
Nothing gets lost
Every problem on site has a person responsible, a due date and a state.
Urgent without waiting
An urgent issue has a respond-by time and an owner, even when nobody was named.
Deadlines and penalties
Issues with a schedule impact are shown separately, because they are about money.
An answer in a dispute
The card shows who worked, when the work was accepted and what was already fixed.
03Main options
The issue card has tabs: Overview, Who worked, Acceptances, Earlier repairs, History and Photos. Below are the four that answer the questions asked in a dispute.
What it concerns and its flow
Place, weight and due date: site, object, device, project.
- Type, priority, schedule impact and person responsible
- Due date and respond by (for urgent issues)
- Flow: open, in progress, resolved, closed
- Resolve with a description of what was done

Plan and reality kept apart
Assigned crews are the plan, confirmed attendance is the reality, from the two weeks before the issue.
- Crews assigned to the site on those days
- People with confirmed attendance, number of days and last day

When it was accepted
Handover protocol lines for this issue and the handovers of the whole project.
- Protocol, line and acceptance date
- An issue without a project has no acceptances: that is correct

What was already fixed here
Earlier resolved issues on the same object, with their fix notes.
- Counted on the object, because the dispute is about the wall, not the project
- Fix description and resolution date

04Tasks step by step

- STEP 2Enter the title, choose the site and the object (or Whole site) and, where relevant, the project and the device.
- STEP 3Set the type, priority, schedule impact, person responsible and due date, and describe what can be seen and who noticed it.
- STEP 1Open the issue card and choose Resolve issue in the menu.

- STEP 2Narrow it to a site to see what threatens a delay.
- STEP 1Open the issue card.
- STEP 2Check the Who worked, Acceptances and Earlier repairs tabs.
