01What it is
Report a problem is a shortcut in the Modules menu, shown to people who can edit sites. The same action is on the site card and the object card, where the site and the object are already set.
The title and the site are required. You pick the object, project and device from the items of the site the form was opened with. A device can only be chosen together with an object.
An issue with High or Critical priority and nobody chosen is taken over by the site manager, or by the company owner when there is none. It also gets a respond-by time counted from saving.
