01What it is
Sites is the register of the company’s undertakings. A site need not be a construction: a floor refurbishment or a multi-year building service is a site too. Each has a status, a deadline, a customer, a base with a store and a radius within which the worker’s phone confirms attendance.
The structure is fixed: a site, objects within it, projects on the objects. A project cannot exist without an object, and the object must belong to the site where that work happens. For a small job, the Small site shortcut creates all three levels in one save.
- ONE CARD
- Data, budget, objects, projects, people, issues and costs in one place.
- BUDGET AT A GLANCE
- Approved costs against the budget, without opening the details.
- DEADLINE IN VIEW
- An active site past its deadline gets a warning on the list.
02What it is for
What is left to spend
The card shows approved costs, costs awaiting approval and what remains of the budget.
Who works today
Crews and people with a current assignment, showing who has already checked in.
Attendance within the radius
The site coordinates and radius decide whether a phone check-in happened on site.
Everything for handover
The as-built package gathers the site’s photos, documents, plans, markers, devices, reports and issues.
03Main options
The site card has tabs: Floor plans (when objects have plans), Overview, Buildings, Projects, Scope changes, Tasks, Zones, People, Materials, Equipment, Issues, Costs (for people with access to finance), Photos and Documents. The four used most often are described below.
Data, budget and forecast
Where, from when and within what radius attendance counts, next to the budget broken down by cost state.
- Address, start, deadline and coordinates of the site
- Approved costs, costs awaiting approval and drafts shown separately
- Remaining counts approved costs only
- Cost forecast with a warning when it exceeds the budget

Objects on the site
Each object has its own stage. The site ends, the objects remain and move on to the next ones.
- Attach an object with the form below the table, with a start date
- Number of projects and overdue inspections for each object
- The same object can belong to several sites at once
- An object carrying projects from this site cannot be detached

Who works here today
Crews and people with a current assignment to the site.
- Role, assignment period and today’s state
- For a crew, how many people are on site
- Assign a person from one date to another or until further notice
- People present but not planned are marked separately

Cumulative costs against the budget
A tab for people with access to finance: a month-by-month chart and the latest lines.
- Approved costs against the budget, with pending costs shown separately
- The fifteen most recent costs with their approval state
- A link to the cost card on every line

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Modules › Sites and objects › Sites and choose New site.
- STEP 2Enter the name, choose the customer, the status and the base with the store that materials will be issued from.
- STEP 3Enter the address, deadline, coordinates and the check-in radius (from 20 to 5000 m). Without coordinates the site does not appear on the map.
- STEP 1On the site list choose Small site.
- STEP 2Enter the name, customer and deadline, and the budget if you have access to finance.
- STEP 3Save. Three ordinary records with the same name are created: a site, an object and a project. You can rename each one separately later.
- STEP 1Open the site card and go to the Buildings tab.
- STEP 2In the form below the table, choose the object and the date from which it belongs to the site.
- STEP 3Choose Attach. The object appears with its number of projects and overdue inspections.
- STEP 1On the site card, choose Appoint a manager in the menu. Without a manager, urgent issues go to the account owner.
- STEP 2Choose Assign a person, select the person and the period. An empty end date means until further notice.
- STEP 3You assign a crew from its card in Modules › People and planning › Crews.
- STEP 1Open the site card and choose Download as-built package in the menu.
- STEP 2The package gathers the site’s photos, documents, plans, markers, devices, reports and issues, with a table of contents.
