01What it is
Crews is the register of the company’s teams. The list shows the foreman, the members and the site the crew works on today, or a Free marker. The Unassigned tile says plainly how many teams are idle.
An assignment has a start and an end date. A move closes the previous assignment on the preceding day and opens a new one, so no day belongs to two sites at once. A crew with a history is disbanded by setting its state to Disbanded, not deleted.
- WHERE TODAY
- The crew’s site, or the Free marker.
- FOREMAN
- First in the roster, with a phone number.
- HISTORY
- Where the crew was and for how many days.
02What it is for
A team in one click
You assign the whole crew to a site, not each person separately.
You know whom to call
The foreman is first in the roster, with a phone number.
Nobody finds out too late
Moving a crew raises a notification.
Days accounted for
The assignment history shows where the crew was and for how long.
03Main options
The crew card has two tabs: Members and Assignment history. Both are described below, together with the crew list.
All the company’s teams
Tiles: active crews, deployed, unassigned and people in crews.
- The foreman, or a note that none has been named
- Members and the site the crew works on today
- State filter: active or disbanded

People in the crew
Foreman first: that is who the supervisor calls.
- Person, role and phone number
- Add a person with the form below the table
- Naming a new foreman moves the previous one back into the roster
- Removing a member does not remove their site assignments

Where the crew has been
This is what counts when settling up.
- Site, from, to and number of days
- Assignment ongoing or finished
- Days on the current site in the card header
