01What it is
Timesheets show the chosen week: for each person, days with a site check-in against days planned through a crew or an assignment, and hours within the daily standard and above it, calculated the same way as on the worker’s phone.
The week’s status is: no entries, to submit, submitted, returned, partly approved or approved. Approval and returns are done on the person’s card. You do not approve your own hours: another person with the permission will.
- WEEK, PERSON BY PERSON
- Days, standard hours and overtime.
- OFFICE DECISION
- Approve, return with a reason or undo.
- LABOUR COST
- Created only after approval.
02What it is for
Hours without retyping
Working time comes from check-ins and check-outs, not from paper.
Labour cost on the project
An approved week creates labour costs in the cost register.
Checks before approval
A missing check-out, a missing project or a missing rate blocks approval.
A trail of every change
Changing times needs a reason and goes to the log.
03Main options
Timesheets have a week list and a card for one person with their entries.
Who has hours this week
Tiles: people this week, awaiting office, returned for correction, total hours and overtime.
- Days with attendance against planned days
- Standard hours and overtime
- The week’s status for each person
- A without rate marker for a person with no hourly cost
