01What it is
The mobile version is the same application in a phone layout. You switch to it in the account menu, and the choice is remembered on your account. You go back with Show the full application.
Access on a phone is granted by the Mobile access permission, set in the account settings. A phone with access opens the mobile version by itself. Without access, the phone asks you to open the application on a larger screen.
A worker with an employee record sees their day on site. An account without an employee record sees Company at a glance: what has happened since the last visit, read-only.

The mobile version has two start screens: the worker’s day and Company at a glance. Which one you see depends on whether your account has an employee record.

- Today’s route, when you have a route plan for today
- Tiles: Sign in, My tasks, Plan and markers, Photos, Report issue, Timesheet
What has happened since your last visit
A read-only overview. After a longer break it shows the last fourteen days.
- Projects past the promised date, awaiting handover and with materials that did not arrive
- Warehouse and materials: shortages and items below the minimum
- Money: what has come in and receivables past due
- Customers: enquiries without a reply and quotes about to expire

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open the account menu under your avatar.
- STEP 2Choose Mobile version. The choice is remembered on your account.
- STEP 3To go back, choose Show the full application.
- STEP 1On the start screen, check the site under Today.
- STEP 2Tap the Sign in tile. The application picks the nearest assigned site from the phone’s position, or you choose the site yourself.
- STEP 3Record the day’s work with the My tasks, Photos and Report issue tiles.
