01What it is
A user is a sign-in account: first name, surname, email as the login, and a password. An administrator creates the account and sets the password straight away, and a new account has every module disabled until you grant permissions.
Permissions cover twelve modules: daily dashboard, customers, sites and objects, projects, people and attendance, fire protection, inventory, equipment, suppliers and catalogues, finance, configuration and mobile access. Each has the level Edit, Read only or Disabled.
Role templates set permissions in one step: fitter, works manager, site manager, storekeeper, accounting and owner. Anyone who is not the owner cannot grant others more than they have themselves.
- THREE LEVELS
- Edit, read only or disabled for each module.
- ROLE TEMPLATES
- Six ready-made permission sets.
- SAFE CHANGES
- Changing someone else's sign-in details requires your password.
02What it is for
Everyone sees their part
A fitter does not see finance, accounting does not change projects.
Quick onboarding
A role template grants a new person permissions at once.
Blocked sign-in
Unblock an account or a network after repeated wrong passwords.
Lost phone
Remove the second factor and the employee sets it up again at sign-in.
03Main options
Users is the account list, the account form and module permissions.
Who has access
Tiles: number of users and number of active ones.

First name, surname and a unique email are required.
- Phone and position
- Password of at least 10 characters, not a common password and not containing your own name or the company name
- Changing another person's password, email or 2FA requires your password and ends their sessions
- Unticking Account active disables the account and emails that person

Modules and levels
A level for each module, or a role template.
- Edit: full access; read only: view only; disabled: no access
- Templates: fitter, works manager, site manager, storekeeper, accounting, owner
- You cannot remove your own configuration edit, and only the owner changes the owner's account

04Tasks step by step
