01What it is
The Mivare Sites licence is counted by active people: team members whose work is managed in the application. Customers, investors and accounts without an employee record do not count.
The price list has packages by number of people: 1–5, 6–15, 16–40 and 41–100. With more active people we prepare an individual quote. The first 30 days are a trial period with no card and no limit on people.
The licence has these statuses: Trial period, Active, Awaiting payment, Suspended and Ended. Payments, the card and cancellation are handled only by the account owner, the person who set up the company in the application.

- Add-ons: Mivi+, switched on at once with a top-up for the rest of the period, switched off from the next period
- During the trial, add-ons work free of charge and switch off by themselves when it ends
- Your data: export of all company data in one ZIP file, for the owner, after entering the password
04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Sign in as the account owner and open Settings › Licence.
- STEP 2Choose Pay now. A secure payment page opens.
- STEP 3After payment the status changes to Active and the button to Card and payment history.
- STEP 1Open Settings › Team and choose Add employee.
- STEP 2If the licence already covers all active people, you see the top-up for the time left in the period and the amount from renewal.
- STEP 3The account owner approves the top-up from the saved card. Once it is booked, you add the person.
- STEP 1Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. An email confirmation follows.
- STEP 2Until the end of the paid period you work as usual, the next payment is not taken and your data stays.
- STEP 3Until the end of the period you can choose Withdraw cancellation.
