01What it is
Company is the main configuration of the application: which types of work you do, whether the menu shows all modules, how long a quote stays valid and what the hourly rates are in three bands.
A rate band is not assigned to a person. It is chosen when hours are entered, so the same fitter can work in the base band when plastering and in the expert band when welding a structure. External work has no price-list rate; its amount is entered on the project.
Country and base currency are set at registration and are read only. Changes are saved by people with Configuration: edit, and every save goes to the activity log.
- A MENU THAT FITS
- Extended mode shows equipment, advanced stock and analytics.
- THREE RATE BANDS
