01What it is
Attendance is kept for each site separately, on a site that is planned or in progress. You choose the site and the day, and the screen shows who was expected (from a crew or an individual assignment), who confirmed arrival and whether the confirmation fell inside the site radius.
No coordinates is not the same as outside the radius: a manual record by the supervisor has no coordinates and should not look like cheating. One person can have only one open day, so the previous one must be closed before checking in on another site.
Hours are not approved here. The office approves each person’s week in Timesheets, and only then is the labour cost created.
- PLAN AGAINST CHECK-INS
- Planned, confirmed, missing.
- WHERE CONFIRMED
- Within radius, outside radius or no coordinates.
- NOT PLANNED
- Stand-ins and crews moved after the fact, shown separately.
02What it is for
Who is on site today
The On site now tile counts people with an open check-in.
Confirmation on the spot
A phone check-in carries its distance from the site and a check against the radius.
Who is missing, at once
The Missing tile shows the gap between the plan and the check-ins.
Working time from one source
Check-ins and check-outs are the basis of timesheets.
03Main options
The screen has the day’s tiles, the plan table and a table of people present but not planned.
Who was expected and who confirmed
The plan comes from assignments: a crew assigned to the site or a person added individually.
- The person and why they are in the plan
- Check-in and check-out time
- Where confirmed: within radius, outside radius, no coordinates
- State: absent, on site, day closed

Check-in and check-out on a worker’s behalf
When someone has not confirmed arrival by phone, the supervisor records it in the plan row.
- Record arrival for a person without an entry
- Record departure for a person on site
- An unapproved entry can be deleted

Stand-ins and moves
People who checked in on the site but were not in the plan. That is everyday life, not a data error.
- Check-in, check-out and where it was confirmed
- Record departure and delete an unapproved entry

04Tasks step by step

- STEP 2Choose the site and the day.
- STEP 3Compare the Planned and Confirmed tiles, and see in the table who is missing.
- STEP 1In the row of a person without an entry choose Record arrival.
- STEP 2At the end of the day choose Record departure. A manual entry is marked No coordinates.
- STEP 1The plan comes from assignments. Assign a crew to the site on its card, or add a person on the site card with Assign a person.
