01What it is
The customer list holds the records of companies and private individuals. A company needs a name and a VAT number, a private person a first name and a last name. Every customer has an address, a phone number and an e-mail address, and can also have a correspondence address, an e-mail for invoices and any number of contact persons.
Each time a customer is saved, the application records the contact consents: project messages, and offers and reminders, separately for e-mail and SMS. The date and source of each consent stay in the history.
The customer card shows their buildings with fire safety devices, the sites where they are the client, the history of projects and quotes, and settlements split into paid and to be settled.
- ONE CUSTOMER, ONE CARD
- Details, objects, sites, quotes and payments in one place.
- CONSENT WITH A DATE

- THE HISTORY STAYS

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Modules › Customers › Customer list and choose Add a customer.
- STEP 2Choose the customer type. For a company enter the name and VAT number, for a private person the first name and last name.
