01What it is
The map shows sites and objects that have coordinates. A red ring appears on a site that is overdue or over budget, and on a building with an overdue inspection or an open issue.
A record without coordinates is not on the map. Their number is in the Without coordinates tile; you add latitude and longitude in the site or object form.

What the map shows
The pin filter narrows the map: everything, Sites, Buildings or Needs attention.
- Gold pin: site, blue pin: building
- Red ring: something needs attention

- Tiles: sites and buildings on map, needs attention, without coordinates
The key data on a click
The pin panel shows the data of the site or building and leads to its card.
- Site: code, town, deadline, costs against budget, objects
- Building: fire safety devices, overdue inspections, open issues
- A link to the Site card or the Building card
04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Modules › Sites and objects › Map.
- STEP 2In the pin filter choose Needs attention.
- STEP 3Click a pin to see the reason and go to the card.
- STEP 1Check the Without coordinates tile.
- STEP 2Open the site or object form and fill in the latitude and longitude.
- STEP 3After saving, the pin appears on the map.
- STEP 1Use the zoom in button or hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel.
- STEP 2The whole view button returns to all pins.
