01What it is
The work diary is the list of entries of one project, newest work date first. Each entry has a type, a title, a work date, a description and optionally a photo, plus whether it is visible to the customer.
An entry is evidence of work done, so only an internal entry can be deleted, and only within 7 days of saving. You correct a mistake in an older entry with a new entry.
- FIVE ENTRY TYPES
- Stage, material, photo, recommendation and warranty.
- FOR THE CUSTOMER OR INTERNAL
- The customer sees only the entries marked for them.
