01What it is
Inspection reports is the register of documents from object inspections. A report belongs to one object and collects lines for its devices. A line is one activity from the device schedule, e.g. an extinguisher inspection, with the result In order, Fault or To be replaced.
A report has three states. A draft can be changed and deleted, but it does not move due dates. Closing gives it a number from document numbering and recalculates the device due dates. A closed report is changed by a correction: a new report with a copy of the lines which, once closed, replaces the original, and the original gets the state Corrected.
- ONE INSPECTION, ONE DOCUMENT
- All of an object’s devices in one report.
- DUE DATES FROM THE REPORT
- Closing recalculates the device due dates.
- A TRAIL OF CHANGES
- A correction with a reason, the original stays.
